The young researchers (YRs) receive an interdisciplinary know-how, aimed to fully prepare them for industrial careers. The skills that the network provides are

1. the synthesis of oligomeric conjugated molecules and their characterisation,
2. the design and growth of supramolecular organic structures,
3. the characterisation and theoretical modeling of the optical and electronic properties of organic materials in order to understand the parameters important for the application in optoelectronics and photonics,
4. the working principles and fabrication skills for optoelectronic devices,
5. the presentation of their work at international conferences.
