At the beginning of the appointment, an Individual Training Plan (ITP) for each employed Young Researcher (YR) will be established to meet their specific requirements in the scientific context of the group and the multi-disciplinary character of the project, but also to ensure a stringent development of the YR´s capabilities with respect to his/her scientific career.
